I got it on: pimpyopage.com

You have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on all the enters until it brings up the right page. I hope that helps.

to change someone's rank to a moderator, you go to their profile, and since you're the administator, it will give you the choice undertheir rank to change it, and then...... well, you change it to maderator! O, and where do you go to change the background?

I've seen some people with banners underneath their reply's for their signature and I was wondering...

How do you make them, or where do you go to make them???

All you have to do for those is get the http for the picture ( like you have to for the avatar) and put it as:

Put it just like that, just with your http in the middle for the avatar or picture you want...I hope that helps :-/

Make sure not to put spaces and to put it in your signature box.
